Welcome to Bone Appetit Bistro, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, services, subscriptions, and events. By purchasing from or interacting with Bone Appetit Bistro, LLC, you agree to the following Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

Bone Appetit Bistro, LLC provides fresh, chef-crafted dog food and related products intended for canine consumption only.

While we carefully select and prepare high-quality ingredients, our products:

• Are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
   
• Are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice
   
• Should be introduced gradually into your dog’s diet
   

You are responsible for consulting your veterinarian regarding your dog’s dietary needs, allergies, or health conditions before making dietary changes.

By purchasing from Bone Appetit Bistro, LLC, you agree that:

• You are purchasing food intended solely for dogs.
   
• You understand that individual dogs may respond differently to dietary changes.
   
• You assume responsibility for monitoring your dog’s health and reactions.
   
• You will follow safe storage and feeding guidelines provided with each order.
   

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
   
• Limit quantities
   
• Adjust pricing due to ingredient or supply changes
   

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

If you enroll in a recurring subscription:

• You authorize Bone Appetit Bistro, LLC to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
   
• Subscriptions may be modified or canceled prior to your next billing cycle.
   
• Subscription cancellations must be submitted at least 15 before the next processing date.
   

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

• All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or spoiled.
   
• Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with photo documentation.
   
• Approved claims may be eligible for replacement or store credit at our discretion.
   

We are not responsible for improper storage after delivery.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or supply constraints.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate delivery information
   
• Ensuring someone is available to receive perishable deliveries when necessary
   

Once a package is marked delivered, Bone Appetit Bistro, LLC is not responsible for theft or unattended spoilage.

For ticketed or RSVP events:

• Tickets may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
   
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances.
   
• Participation in events involving dogs is at your own risk.
   

All attending dogs must be properly vaccinated and under owner control at all times.

All content, branding, logos, images, recipes, and materials associated with Bone Appetit Bistro, LLC are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be reproduced without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bone Appetit Bistro, LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
   
• Adverse reactions due to pre-existing health conditions
   
• Improper storage or handling after delivery
   

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product purchased.

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through purchases or website interactions will be used solely for order fulfillment, communication, and improving customer experience. We do not sell customer data.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
